Sikh Volunteers Australia’s Community Engagement

SVA is able to facilitate community engagements by providing a Guest Speaker, who can be approached by interested institutions. This service will be free of charge and will provide insight knowledge of the Sikh way of life and Sikh Volunteer’s Free Food Services.

Sikh Volunteers Australia is a non profit volunteer organisation focusing on reducing distress in the community by providing FREE FOOD to disadvantaged families.

Our Free Food Van and Free Take-Away Food Kitchen help in supporting our objectives. We have provided free food and drinking water to communities affected by national emergency disasters such as devastating floods, bushfires and now the COVID19 pandemic. We support the homeless and needy with our Free Food Van in Victoria's South Eastern suburbs of Frankston and Tooradin.

Every Wednesdays and Saturdays
Tooradin Caravan Park (5.15pm to 5.30pm) &
Frankston Young Street Car Park (Next to Tasman Meat) (6.00pm to 6.30pm)
Every Thursdays and Sundays to homes located in the 6 Council Areas. Casey Council, Cardinia Council, Dandenong Council, Frankston Council, Monash Council and Kingston Council

The SVA Team has returned to Melbourne after 8 days (1 Mar to 8 Mar 2022), serving and supporting communities affected by the Queensland and NSW floods. We wish everyone a safe and quick recovery back to normal life and appreciate all the support from volunteers and well-wishers.
